Terms and conditions teledermatology

The teleconsult request is sent so that doctors from the Veterinary Dermatology Clinic or other facilities affiliated with AnimalDerma can carry out a remote consultation on the basis of the clinical documentation submitted. The doctors will be able to formulate their conclusions solely and exclusively on the basis of the clinical information provided by the person requesting the teleconsultation.

AnimalDerma has no responsibility for the accuracy and/or completeness of the information and any errors in the transmission of this information.

It should also be noted that:

  1. The remote consultation is NOT a substitute for the examination by the specialist doctor in the patient’s presence.
  2. The absence of the examination limits the doctor’s ability to obtain complete information on the patient’s clinical condition.
  3. The clinical indications given in the remote consultation are based exclusively on the information made available to the doctor and cannot be considered exhaustive or binding.
